RookCast is for legitimate creator workflows. Don't use it to generate content that infringes copyright, deceives viewers, harasses people, or violates YouTube's own terms — your YouTube account is yours to keep healthy.
You own everything you create. We hold a limited license to store, process, and surface it back to you so the product can function. We don't train models on your private data.
This is an evolving early-stage product. We don't promise uptime SLAs yet. Major issues are communicated via the dashboard.
You can delete your account at any time (email privacy@rookcast.app). We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules above.
The service is provided "as-is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months. AI-generated content can be wrong; review before publishing.
We may update these terms; we'll bump the "Last updated" date and notify you in-app for material changes.
